Mental Health Movement City Council Hearing on 2012 Mental Health Center Closures

The Mental Health Movement’s three demands:

1) Re-open our  mental health clinics
2) Stop starving the clinics of resources – join a Medicaid referral network so people with any insurance situation can use a city mental health clinic
3) Dramatically increase funding and staffing in the 2015 budget
